Built with a firm, for firms

ResourceLinx started from a simple observation: firms run their most important work across a board in one tool, a timer in another, and invoices in a third, and none of them talk to each other. The result is double entry, missed due dates, and a fuzzy picture of what is billed and what is owed.

We are building the opposite: one system where the engagement board, the timesheet, work in progress, invoicing, and accounts receivable are the same connected thing, with QuickBooks Online at the end of the line. We are designing it hand in hand with a working CPA firm, so every feature earns its place against real practice workflow.

ResourceLinx is its own product, presented under the SuiteLinx umbrella. It launches for a single firm and is built multi-tenant from the first row, so it can grow into a platform other firms rely on, without ever mixing one firm's data with another.
